A beautiful residential house located by the beach that has a self contained luxury apartment on the ground floor with your Airbnb hosts living upstairs. Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey

Little Melrose cottage is the gatekeepers cottage to the Melrose homestead (circa 1907) The location is perfect for a leisurly walk to the town centre (20 mins) and the Museum, art Gallery and information centre (also 20 mins) there are many bars and cafes and supermarket within 10 minutes walking. Although small and compact, the cottage is equipped with oven, microwave, stovetop and washing machine. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers or those travelling for buisness.
