This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". The 1000 square foot lower level of our 1929 home features two living room areas, a bedroom with lots of natural light, a full bath, a breakfast room (no kitchen), and a private patio. You'll park in our driveway and use your own private entrance. Although the suite is mostly below-grade, there is a lot of natural daylight from all the windows and sliding glass door. We're 3 blocks from UD campus. Lorena habla espanol.

Cozy, Creative, One of a Kind

Enjoy activities (ping-pong/dart/board games), then stretch out in the king size bed. Full of host's original art. Driveway parking 10 minutes or less to all that Kennett has to offer (breweries, restaurants, Longwood Gardens, etc.), 1/2 hour to Wilmington or UD, 1 hour to Philadelphia.
