This modern, spacious one bedroom studio sits privately downstairs at the rear of our residence, with separate entry & quiet street parking. It features a comfy king size bed, newly renovated bathroom & laundry, self-contained kitchen, lounge & dining rooms, snooker table & stylish furnishings. Spotless 2 bedrm villa. Fully furn and self contained. Master has double bed & the second bedrm has 2 singles, both have built in 'robes. WiFi, 2 XTVs, DVD and Video. Air cond plus ceiling fans. Spacious lounge dining. Mod. kitchen with dishwasher. Internal laundry, tiled bathrm with shower and sep bath. Separate WC. Smoke alarms. Close to J H Hospital, Uni, & Newcastle CBD and beaches. Good shopping centers & restaurants nearby. No off street parking but plenty of kerbside parking available

Relax in the many large spaces this open plan home enjoys or unwind with a drink n BBQ watching the sunset over the lake. Perhaps take a 5 min walk to the cosmopolitan cafes/restaurants and lakeside pleasures. Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

It offers you three cozy bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms (pick between a bathtub and a rain shower), a fully equipped plywood kitchen with marble benchtops. Full of sunshine and art, it is a perfect vacation pad - wake up and watch rosellas play in the wonderful garden. We have picked the furniture with your comfort in mind and with a large gas BBQ and a spacious fridge and an amazing cozy deck you won't find a better location!

Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home. Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊
