The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Welcome to Cherry Oak, a lovely two bedroom barn conversion, conveniently situated within the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire countryside. Via a picture window to the rear, you look out onto stunningly picturesque countryside as far as the eye can see, including an impressive view of the 'On Freedom's Wings' sculpture, and towards the front, the outlook is over our cottage-style garden with fruit trees and a generous lawn area. Dog friendly, with lots of local walks available 🐾

Located down a hidden lane in a quiet village with excellent transport links into Newark-on-Trent and Southwell area, it's ideally placed for access to the Newark Showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to a riverside pub. A completely private flat with two bedrooms, one very large double with seating area and one small twin. There is a large shower room, kitchenette, utility area, private entrance with parking and your own courtyard.

New Lodge Cabin

A cabin on wheels, made from locally sourced oak and larch. Set within a meadow, surrounded by woodland in Sherwood Forest. Shower with underfloor heating in a shepherd hut. Compost toilets. Outdoor pot washing facilities and dining area. A perfect off grid stay. Our smallholding has sheep, goats and chickens which graze often in the meadow depending on the season. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance.

Wrangler’s Den has been inspired by owners Charlie and Caroline after many years living in the Rocky Mountains. A stay in this cedar cabin offers a taste of a rustic country lifestyle amidst Robin Hood’s Sherwood Forest. Enjoy uninterrupted views over fields and forest, country walks and relaxation next to the log burner. Two bedrooms offer comfortable beds for four guests and the cabin benefits from a fully equipped kitchen.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
