The large airy living room has a custom built window seat wrapped around a large bay window where you can relax and soak in the ever changing sea views as well as high ceilings and wonderful homely feel. The England coastal path runs within 150 yards of the property perfect for walkers.

Newbiggin-by-the-Sea golf club next door, sheltered bay with prom, maritime centre and cafes very close by.

Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

Beautiful static, sea view, dolphins and seals

Located at Church Point Holiday Park in Northumberland, this static caravan is almost new. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and an ensuite WC off the main bedroom. Double glazed and centrally heated, it provides a cozy retreat to view the local wildlife with a clear view of the sea through the French doors leading onto the wrap around decking. A five minute walkto the beach, harbour and Hollywell dene with great walking routes to choose from. There are several pubs within walking distance, all serving food. Award-winning Harbour View fish & chips just around the corner. At the end of the street you will find the lovely Castaway’s café. There is free street parking available to the front.
