Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Cozy Mountainside Suite - Minutes from Beacon

The Equestrian Suite at Lambs Hill is a private estate with panoramic views overlooking the Hudson River & downtown Beacon. This beautifully-designed luxury suite sits atop a barn home to Icelandic horses & miniature donkeys, & features an outdoor hot tub, red light therapy, gourmet kitchen, & wrap-around decks. 1 mile to Beacon's Main St, 2 miles to Metro North train station & DIA: Beacon. We can host a max of 2 guests & have some dangerous features for kids so guests should be adults only.

Countryside Couples Suite

Need a place away from the hustle and bustle? Well you’ve found the place! This is a retired honey-bee farm. The guest space is a 1 -bedroom apartment with its own patio where you can enjoy sunset-views from your patio and even from your very own outdoor, covered hot tub! Curl up and read a book on the rocking chairs, hammocks or make s’mores at the communal firepit. You even have your own charcoal grill to use. Need a place to do office work? You can use my WiFi!All people welcome✌🏽

Cliff Top at Turtle Rock

Furnished with mid-century and 18th century period furniture and art work, yet with all the modern conveniences. Uber and Lift an easy five minutes away. The ancient forest contains many Stone Age rock shelters and calendar sites.

Private stairs & balcony leads to 500 square foot second-story space. You get the entire upstairs to yourself. The NYS Thruway does run between the house and the mountain. There is highway noise. TV has a ROKU. The WiFi signal is weak due to the metal siding on the barn.

Our little cabin is perfect for one or two guests for short stays while visiting local family, touring the areas wineries or nature trails, or for a clean, quiet over night stop while traveling long distances. Explore the Shawangunk Wine Trail, hike Minnewaska, sip cider at Angry Orchard, visit The Walkway Over the Hudson, or sample and shop the areas diverse farm stands and breweries. There is so much to see and do in the Hudson Valley and our cabin is close to it all!
