Friends and family will be wowed when gathering at this spacious mid-century riverfront home. There’s a beautiful new gunite pool, hot tub, large patio, screened floating porch, and spacious decks for barbecuing and dining. Interiors feature 2 fireplaces, 2 living spaces with large TVs, fully-equipped kitchen, game room, exercise area, piano, home office, and lots of space to spread out both inside and outside. All of it looks out to the Hudson River where you may spy bald eagles nesting nearby.

This New House

Unique custom built new home constructed purposefully for Airbnb quests. This house offers a distinctive design with a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dinning area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Granite, slate, and soapstone accentuate the countertops, vanities, and floors. You will also see plenty of natural pine, hickory, and local cedar throughout the house.

Luxury Lake House Sauna 1h From NYC

Enjoy the lakefront from my charming home! Fish or Kayak from the private dock or relax on the large deck overlooking the water tucked away on the lake. Boats are included for all guests! Heated bathroom floors, massive TV (86in) + ample lake views. We also have a free Tesla Charger (with an adaptor you can use for other EVs). This is a relaxing retreat tucked away in one of New York's most convenient lakefronts from the city. 20 min to Bear Mountain 35 min to West Point 1 hour to NYC

There is a work area and a high table to enjoy some tea/coffee or wine with dinner while enjoying the view of the Hudson through the large windows and sliding door. We have added a separate kitchenette additional crockpot and induction cooktop.

Also, Weber grill out on the deck is hooked to gas line. Includes Linens, Towels & Toiletries. House also has Iron, Ironing Board and Hair Dryer.
