This 2BR is an entire floor of an 1870 brick house, gut renovated in 2022 with Hudson Valley designer Simone Eisold. Property backs up to Beacon's famous Fishkill Creek and abandoned railway tracks (future rail trail). Take a nature walk on the tracks to Main St, the Roundhouse and the waterfall in ~10 min. The property has a separate patio & treetop hot tub with view of the creek and Mt Beacon for private additional rental (pending availability). Inquire for details. [Permit: 2024-0027-STR]

Hiker's nest

This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

Spacious & Private Hudson Valley Getaway

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Conveniently located in the Hudson Valley Wine and Orchard country. Twenty minutes from Beacon and New Paltz. Furnished with mid-century and 18th century period furniture and art work, yet with all the modern conveniences. Uber and Lift an easy five minutes away. The ancient forest contains many Stone Age rock shelters and calendar sites.

This apartment features smart TV & High speed Fios WiFi, an in-unit laundry, and designer furnishings. Can accommodate 2-4 guests with one King bed and one Queen sized bed. Both are hybrid memory foam mattresses with natural cotton bedding for ultimate comfort and tranquility. One flights of stairs is required.

The kitchenette incudes a convection toaster oven, a hot plate cooktop with pots/pans, light kitchenware, coffee maker, & fridge. Also provided: TV, Roku stick, Wi-Fi, AC/electric heat. (No cable) This is our home. The use of illicit drugs, smoking and excessive alcohol is prohibited.
