This small, cozy cottage has been renovated and also has a hot tub, doggie wash & outdoor kitchen. Stylish décor provides a comfortable tranquil haven & perfect place to unwind in the hills of SoCal yet the neighborhood is rural-like. It is ideal for activities such as hiking and cycling, with trailhead just down the street. The stunning coastline is only about a 30-minute car ride away and many other attractions are within an hour. Relax on the breezeway, porch, or by the open fire pit. 🐝

Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

You’ll love it because of the quiet neighborhood, a private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. *Heater and A/C inside unit.
