Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. Wifi. A good place for couples and solo adventurers. Matfen hall and Vallum 5 miles or so away if you are coming to a wedding

A 5-minute stroll from Tynemouth Front Streets array of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and the weekend Flea Market at the Victorian Station.
