Welcome to our clean , cozy and newly renovated 3 bedroom vacation home. Located in eastern Nl, 60 % of the population and most of the popular tourist attractions are within a 2 hour drive. Locally, you are close to all amenities. 5 minute drive from retail/grocery stores, Restaurants, Walmart, Canadian Tire, banks, arena, hospital, schools, garages, the ocean and a ski resort. The provincial trailway is minutes away, great for hiking, cross country skiing, snowmobiling and Atv use.

This is a queen bedroom with lots of Wolf Art character. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging - Level 2 (50 Amp) NACS & J1772, Starlink available. You can canoe/kayak, fish, swim from our beach area, take a sauna or just sit on the patio and watch the sunset with our stone fire pit! Two bikes are available to ride on the Trans-Canada Trail and the backcountry roads to experience the wildlife. A full breakfast is provided to give you a good start to your day. We live here in the third bedroom.

Indian Arm Island Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on your own island on Indian Arm Pond. This new lodge is off grid solar and Starlink wifi / electric EV charger available. The lodge has 1 queen, 1 Double, 2 single beds in the loft and double sofa bed capable of sleeping 8 persons. It has a full kitchen and washroom toilet and shower facilities, a bbq, fire pit when allowed. Only a short boat ride to the island. Kayak / canoes available for rent. Swimming and fishing Tranquilly base!
