Welcome to this spacious, bright, studio at a lower level in a split house. Our step-free private entrance is accessible with brick paving from the driveway. Brightly painted walls create a calm atmosphere and a sense of peacefulness. The Kitchenette will give you the essentials to warm up your food using the microwave and to have a quick bite. The place is located in a beautiful neighborhood of Kingstown, VA, minutes from the train station with convenient access to Washington, DC.

Located just minutes away from George Mason University. Less than a mile to Burke Lake Park, great for trail hiking, canoeing and fishing (not swimming). The Park also features a golf driving range and an 18-hole, par 3 golf course. The accommodation is an in-law suite with private entrance, 4K TV (for use with streaming services such as NETFLIX and HULU), Wi-Fi and a Keurig Coffee machine, microwave, small refrigerator. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.
