We live in the upper unit with our kids so you may hear some early morning pitter patter. :)

Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.

Walking distance to Convention Center, the Pike and the Aquarium, and a few minutes from the Cruise Terminal/Queen Mary, this luxury 1-bed/1-bath condo has a separate living & dining room; bathroom, and sectional that folds out to a queen sized bed. Steps to beach. Super easy access to LA and Orange County with public transit. It is street parking only which is very tough. Recommend no car or overnight parking at nearby hotel. Unit has forced air conditioning/heating.
