The house is on the corner of 28th and the main drag Balboa Blvd which is a short five-minute walk to the famous Newport Pier. This home is great for families. In the garage, there are bikes, boogie boards and everything you'd need for a great day at the beach! House includes a BBQ, internet, all the cooking utensils you would ever need.
