This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

Beltany Lodge

Beltany Lodge is a three bedroom bungalow located just of the A5 midway between Omagh and Newtownstewart. It’s an ideal base for touring with the Ulster American Folk Park just 0.9 mile away. Other attractions such as Gortin Glens , Fermanagh Lakeland within easy reach. The house sleeps six. It has OFCH ,three bedrooms- one king ,one double and two singles. There is an extensive garden front and rear with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside with ample car parking spaces.

Standing 600 feet above sea level with approximately 20 Donegal mountains in view. We are set in a quiet country road with easy 10 minute access to City of Derry airport and the city centre. It’s also only a short distance to some of Walkni’s recommended short walks - Ness Park, Beechill Woodland, Muff Glen to name a few.

The restoration has a modern touch with tranquil decor. Our property is private and secluded. The ancient Beltany Stone Circle is 5 minutes walk away and the historic village of Raphoe 2kms away making this the ideal location from which to explore the magic of ‘Donegal’
