This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. AC and Starlink We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

All open plan, with a comfortable queen sized bed and a pull out couch, size king single. Best suited to two adults but can work with two small children also. Surrounded by spacious gardens, where you can unwind. There is a covered outdoor deck, where you can enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee. Next door is the Bakehouse or Matte Black cafe for breakfast.

The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.
