We are very close to Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside and 20 minutes from the city centre, making it an ideal location to explore the beautiful city of Edinburgh and the East Lothian countryside. An ideal base for couples & families, close to Holyrood Park, Arthur’s Seat and with lots of lovely bars & restaurants within walking distance. We welcome well behaved dogs, kids & their owners!

The Nest

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment large superking, double and twin bedroom. One bathroom. There is around 20 steps upto the landing to reach the front door. Central with store below, also a chip shop, a shopping centre with all different kinds of shops, coffee shops/ restaurants a 5 minute walk. Bus routes right outside the property taking you to city centre, portobello beach is a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive would recommend. It’s great to walk along the promenade with a coffee.

Ord’s Loft, situated in White Horse Close, is one of the most desirable and unique properties in Edinburgh’s old town. Positioned on the top floor of what was once the White Horse Coaching Inn, built by Laurence Ord in 1624, the loft is entered by the iconic steps seen in so many photos of Edinburgh. The Historic Dalkeith Water Tower

The water tower is a bespoke home in an historic building sensitively converted by its architect owner. The tower is located in the historic town of Dalkeith and the settlement of Eskbank. 20 minutes by car from Edinburgh airport. A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.

Perfect 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Home

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.
