The beautiful surf beach of Mermaid is practically on the doorstep. Along the way and almost as close are two premium eateries, Le Café Gourmand and Little Mermaid. A little further away is Bam Bam Bakehouse, with amazing pastries and coffee. Also conveniently located within walking distance Pacific Fair shopping centre and the Broadbeach shopping and dining precinct. A very short walk to the Gold Coast bus and light rail system! The 700 bus along the Gold Coast Highway offers direct transportation services to Coolangatta, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Mermaid and the Broadbeach South station is in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The G:Link light rail, also located at the Broadbeach South station directly in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, will easily and quickly transport you to the most popular areas of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Southport. If you are travelling from Coolangatta Airport Mermaid 24 is about 25 minutes via Taxi/Uber or by Bus take Number 777 to the Mermaid Beach stop. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Peppermint Lodge (Private Studio), Nobby Beach

Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

This is a beautiful place directly across the road from the beach. It's a brand new studio space on the bottom level of a multi million dollar home. You have private entry access with all the amenities you need. There’s cafes and restaurants only minutes walk away. There’s a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and all the other basic kitchen appliances you’ll need. King bed, and a portable cot, air con/heater, washer/dryer, bath, shower, toilet and a large wardrobe.

Finn’s Nook - Coastal Luxury by the Beach

Fully renovated unit hidden away in a centralised quiet location, 100m from a patrolled beach. Decorated in a coastal, luxe style this unit is positioned on the 3rd floor (walk up- no lift!) of a small apartment complex, it’s a light, bright and contemporary haven bathed in sunshine and sea breezes. There is a pool at the southern end of the building. 1 x allocated secure carpark in the buildings basement. Plenty of on street parking.
