Uptown 4th Ward Luxury Apt Year-Round Pool

PARTY POLICY: Any violations of our house rules such as: Excessive Noise, Smoking, Extra Guests, After-hours pool, hallway loitering, large gatherings, and camera tampering will lead to a fine of $300, cancellation of your reservation and your removal from the property. Please note the fireplace is faux and not for use during your stay however we have a fire pit in the back yard that can be used.
