The trains will peak your interest as they roll by, and the beautiful leafy-green outlook will allow you to immerse yourself in peaceful relaxation.

This studio is an open plan, industrial style guest house situated in front of the property as a separate dwelling with own private entry. Tropical surrounds create a lovely ambiance & our stunning beach is within walking distance. Peregian Beach village is a 4 min drive to cafes, boutique shops & patrolled surf beach. Noosa 10 mins. Bus stop within walking distance.

Completely separate with private entrance. Studio with the most beautiful view of the National Park stretching for miles to the horizon from just over the fence. Private Courtyard and deck to watch the sunsets. 8 minute walk to the beach and close to Peregian Village. Birds and other wildlife are abundant. At night it is very quiet with all of the stars visible in the huge sky. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Fully airconditioned.
