A rustic site with 5 spacious bell tents&Suffolk countryside views, in a village just 4 miles from the coastal town Southwold&2 miles from Latitude festival. Each bell tent has a double bed with all bedding, cushions, blankets, log burner, garden with BBQ, firepit&seats. Plus shared kitchenette with honesty box for firewood&basics & hot showers & toilets. Hideaway carriage Norfolk broads

This romantic place to stay offers a history all its own. Hideaway in our old railway carriage. We have worked hard to convert this railway carriage to become a homely retreat. Sleeps two. Ideal to sleep, have some toast and tea and then go off and explore our beautiful surroundings of Norfolk. We have a mini fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave for light cooking. Our sister barn is next door which sleeps 4. Can be booked together. Please see availability. These are two separate bookings.

THE BRICKMAKER'S RETREAT- Large & Cosy Safari Tent

Our large safari tent is more like a lodge as it has a raised wooden floor, large windows and a woodburning stove inside. The retreat is close to 3 beaches and walking distance from Holkham Hall. It is on a Wild Campsite so you'll get close to nature and experience a forgotten Norfolk Brickyard. You’ll love the seclusion, the peace and quiet and the rest of the campsite. The Brickmaker's Retreat is a beautiful place for couples, small families with 2 kids or great for a group of 4 friends.

A truly unique hand crafted living space can be found within this restored & converted 1967 Bedford horse lorry Douglas. Buried within the Norfolk wildlife, you'll find the hidden off grid eco-friendly space. With 1/2 an acre of wildflower set outside the unit, the space is designed to be shared with nature - the perfect get away hide away. The site boasts separate private toilet and shower units, pubs & fresh produce within walking distance, local walks & a 30min drive to Norwich or coast.

Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.

The Dairy Hut & Hot tub Barton Turf, Norfolk

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years! One hut onsite allows dogs!

Also modest kitchen facilities including oven and fridge . There is an air con unit which keeps you cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. This idyllic getaway features a completely enclosed garden complete with a sheltered hot tub, making it the perfect choice for romantic escapes.
