Welcome to Karlin Your Modern Home from Home Karlin is a beautifully presented two-bedroom modern bungalow designed for comfort, cleanliness, and relaxation. Whether you re visiting for work or leisure, you ll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The Space Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, kettle, and all cookware you ll need just bring the ingredients! Two comfortable bedrooms one with a double bed, the other with a single bed, sleeping up to three guests. Modern bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin, and WC. Spacious lounge and dining area leading into a bright sunroom overlooking the private enclosed garden and lawn perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening wind-down. Guest Access & Amenities Parking for up to three cars on-site. Welcome Pack provided with tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and a few treats to start your stay off right. Fresh towels and linen included. Near enough, a stone's throw away from the fabulous sandy beach of Great Yarmouth, and a short drive to the famous Norfolk Broads. The property is in a fantastic part of Great Yarmouth, right on the seafront and opposite the boating lake, predominantly characterized by large detached properties. It is very safe as it is situated at the "quieter end" of the seafront, while the sea brings calm and tranquillity to the environment.
