Room in our town house of appr. 16 m2 with own kitchen. Only sub. for 1 person. Great for expat or student for longer time stay (special rate will be applied). We are a family of 5 living in the house M(50),F(50)+3 girls(20,17,15).The kitchen has a small eating corner also. Own shower/bath. Shared toilet. Our house is located in the center of CPH. With walking/ poss. to everything. It is private (as much can be under same roof) and you can come/ go as you want. We have a small friendly dog...

The architect's own house

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

Charmerende privat byhus i 4 etager med en lille hyggelig baghave, hvor I kan slappe af efter en lang dag på sightseeing. Huset er ideelt for 2 par eller en lille familie med større børn. Bemærk: husets 2 soveværelser er på 2 forskellige etager, og ikke ideelt for familier med små børn Det er en unik og funktionel bolig. I vores bolig er der panoramaudsigt til vandet i samtlige værelser, og du får din private terrasse med direkte adgang til vandet. Der er også en tagterrasse, hvor I kan nyde solen og den dejlige udsigt fra 4. sal. Værelserne er fordelt på 3 etager, så der er mulighed for at få privatliv. Havnebussen sejler lige forbi, og I kan derfor nemt komme rundt i København på en sjov og smuk måde.
