Curlew Sands

Curlew Sands is a family retreat in the tranquil village of Pindimar 2.5 hours from Sydney and 1 hour from Newcastle. The comfortable recently renovated house sits on a huge block metres from a beautiful gentle sandy beach. The water views and the quiet location makes it the perfect family beach holiday. Great swimming or playing on the sand flats at low tide. With 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, modern galley kitchen, huge back yard and alfresco dining. This is a quiet retreat, no party bookings.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Swimmers Rest is a retro, colourful beach house harking back to childhood holidays by the sea, but with modern comfortable amenities. The house has two indoor living areas, three outdoor zones, high ceilings, lots of light & has been thoughtfully & sustainably decorated. It has easy access to stunning beaches and great bushwalks. Small dogs welcome, but check with us first. The emphasis at Swimmers’ Rest is to slow down, kick back and enjoy!

Pindimar Estate Main House

Escape the city & stay at this unique, private beachfront getaway. Fish or kayak from the front lawn or watch the black swans drift past, keep an eye out for the dolphins too. Large undercover outdoor BBQ area with outdoor shower. Complete with an enormous yard to play in & park your boat and toys. The yard is unfenced so well mannered pets are welcome.
