Private Apartment in the ADK’s (Private Entrance)

The space is a private apartment including living, kitchen, bedroom (queen bed), and bathroom spaces. There is a private entrance and free parking on the property. There is a pullout couch for extra sleeping capacity. The couch comfortably fits one but could squeeze two if needed. We are 30 minutes from both Lake Placid and Plattsburgh. 15 minutes from Whiteface Mountain. AuSable is a quiet town with a bar, pizza shop, grocery store, and gas station a short walk away. Ea. bdrm has queen bed, the sunporch has twin daybed. Linens & towels included. The kitchenette has a full coffee & tea station, toaster oven & microwave & sm. fridge. Water accessible in full bathroom. Living rm has Roku tv , couch, table and seating for 5. All rooms have free WIFI. a 2.4 cu ft. fridge and quiet A/C.
