This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). Three Tuns House Cottage is set in the village of knayton on the outskirts of Thirsk. it is situated 4 miles from Thirsk and 4 miles from Northallerton and is also close to the North Yorkshire Moors and is located on the national cycle route the village of knayton has a fantastic pub called The Dog and Gun, the pub is very friendly and has lovely Village atmosphere it does a great pint of real ale and the food is fantastic, and is a Stone throw from our Cottage. We allow dogs, sorry no cats

Skipton House Annex has plenty of character, rural charm and is ideally located near the A1 in-between North York Moors and Dales. Set over two levels, the large open plan kitchen/dining room, shower/loo and entrance hallway are on the ground floor with a living/TV room and bedroom up the spiral staircase on the first floor. There are French doors that open up to access the courtyard. The loo/shower is located on the ground floor and courtyard is shared with main house.

The cottage is well equipped for self catering accommodation and is furnished as a farm cottage, with a light and cosy feel inside. We have spent a lot of time ensuring that there is everything you could want and need in the cottage to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Powell cottage is pet friendly for 1 dog, please enquire if you would like to bring more than 1. Please make sure you have added a pet to your booking.
