Highfield Barn - wood fired hot tub and games room

Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

Stay at North Hole Farm Holidays in one of two adults only shepherds huts on our farm. With wood-fired hot tub, wet room and kitchenette, situated by a stream, on a farm near Croyde, with field views of our alpacas. Perfect for mini-moons, anniversaries, birthdays or breaks away from the pressures of work or city life. This is glamping at its best, with underfloor heating, log burner, wood fired hot tub & sun loungers. Our location is central to surfing beaches, pretty villages + coast path.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

1 double bed, 1 sofa bed (in the same room). Pretty village location close to popular surfing beaches and short drive to amenities. Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside, yet just a 5-15 minute drive to supermarkets, beaches, towns villages, we have a very small campsite on our small holding that has a really chilled vibe. Broad Park Campsite consists of 10 tent pitches, (Tent pitches closed Oct-Easter) 2 camper van pitches and 2 Shepherds' huts. (Also see Delilah hut on Airbnb). The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue!
