Located just 2.5 blocks to the NoMa Metro Station and Union Market, a short walk to Union Station, the US Capitol and National Mall and all of the Museums. The apartment is surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. This studio apartment has a ground level walkout entrance and access to a shared roof deck, private full kitchen, washer and dryer, queen bed and fold out couch, private entry/bathroom. Basement Apartment For One Guest Quiet and Restful

Sunny and quiet basement apartment that is approximately 500 square feet, and a private entrance. We live up stairs, but you will have privacy once you have checked in. The apartment is about 1.3 miles from the University of Maryland, seven miles from DC, a short walk to Metro and other public transportation. Shopping, restaurants, the Beltway and outdoor recreation are minutes away. Guest has use of patio with table and chairs and a large back yard to sit and enjoy in good weather.

Roomy 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. We are a 1/2 block from major bus lines to the Rhode Island metro. We have off street parking for 2 cars as well. This apartment is located in a diverse, quiet neighborhood in Northeast DC. The larger bedroom has a Queen size DreamCloud bed and pillows. We have a full kitchen with coffee and tea provided. Enjoy the outdoor area which includes a table, chairs, umbrella, dart board, and cornhole. You might even get to see our resident groundhog!
