Sip a cocktail while taking in magnificent sunsets It’s a 4 min walk to Paradise Beach with its swimming enclosure and jetty for fishing. Avalon village and the ocean beach are 3 minutes by car -20 minute flat walk. The local shops- including cafe, wine shop, grocer, Indian + Greek food are 3 minutes walk. Avalon boasts more than 20 cafes+restaurants movie theatre ,designer clothes and homeware shops

A large sofa with chaise is perfect for relaxing. A variety of first-class dining/shopping options are available in Mosman and Manly. Easy walk to Seaforth and Balgowlah Heights villages.

Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

Located less than five minutes away from popular wedding venues Jonah’s and Moby Dicks, perfect for wedding guest stays. Note there is steep access to the property with a few stairs.
