The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Your well-behaved pet is welcome to join you. This space is one bedroom and has a queen size sofa bed in the lounge room. Walk anywhere in Manly. Also easy access to Sydney's CBD via ferry or bus. CURRENTLY the lift is being replaced so there is NO LIFT until mid May.

Avalon Garden Cabin

This little cabin on a quiet street lined with spotted gums enjoys northerly sun and is quiet (except for the prolific birdlife) and private. Just a short 7 minute walk to Avalon Beach and a lively northern beaches village with plenty of great little cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, bottle shops, a cinema and shops. The interior set up has changed since these photos were taken and there is no TV unless you request one.
