Lounge in the upstairs living room with large picture windows to take in the scenery. Full bath features a deep Jacuzzi tub and a large shower. Large BR with a Queen mattress has a sitting area + door out to the veranda.

Relax on the screened portal and enjoy the music of the river with all its wildlife to entertain you. Old timers says this might be one of the best fly fishing spots on the river. Monte Verde lake is within walking distance for summer lake fun-fishing, paddle boards, kayaking, or relaxing on shore. We recommend AWD/4 WD for winter visits.

This package includes 2 houses on 10 acres of land in Abiquiu, tucked in a quiet desert valley full of cottonwoods, willow, sage and views of Cerro Pedernal, Jemez + Sangre de Cristos mountains. Both houses are two-stories + have all amenities. Well behaved pets welcome for a $40/ pet fee per house! Please write host beforehand to discuss your pet situation.
