Our location is a perfect home base for all the outdoor adventures that the area has to offer. Each tent includes luxury bedding, comfy mattress, coffee maker, real glassware and beautiful views. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your own private sitting area complete with fire pit and grill.

Campsites

Located within Stone House Lodge & RV, what better way to get in touch with the natural beauty of New Mexico than to be surrounded by exceptional wildlife, inspiring mountain ranges and sprawling meadows with views of El Vado and the Chama river. Our Premium RV and Caravan Hook Ups are secluded and nestled amongst trees with mountain views. The lots are spacious, pull through lots. Campground amenities include a store offering wood, ice, snacks, fishing license, bait, EV Charger. 

SECRET GLAMPING SITE

The glamping site is in a secret area on 1 and 2/3 acres with a pool and hot tub. We have two rooms in the house and a casita and some campers on the property adorned with Ed Haddaway's sculpture. There is a campfire and hamocks to relax in. There is a lovely outdoor hot water shower. Or you may use the shower in the main home which is just steps away from the glamping site. People love to hang out on the porch as well. There is electricity in the tent to plug in laptops and phones.

Camping & Recreational Use

Nice 5+ acre lot in the Rio Grande Ranches Subdivision of Costilla County, Colorado. At an elevation around 7500 feet the air is clean and the skies are bright. Great roads make these lots easily accessible at all times. The Lobato Bridge, over the Rio Grande River, is the southern most crossing over the river in Colorado and is just a few miles to the southwest. Use these lots for recreation, to camp, or just enjoy some peace and quiet away from it all. Your options are limitless

Riverside Retreat: Tranquil Family Glamping 4P

Experience a memorable family glamping adventure at Field Trip NM in our spacious Family Safari Tent. This tent is thoughtfully designed with one king bed and two twin beds, accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably. Snuggle up on the Casper mattress pads with heated mattress pads for a cozy night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of dishes and cooking equipment provided in the tent, and indulge in the modern bathhouse with showers, toilets, and hot water just steps away.

Tranquil Riverside Camping for Two

Immerse yourself in a tranquil getaway at Field Trip NM in our cozy 2-Person canvas glamping tent featuring a comfortable queen bed with a casper mattress and heated mattress pad. The tent is well-equipped with dishes and cooking equipment, allowing you to prepare meals in the midst of nature. Indulge in the modern bathhouse, offering showers, toilets, and hot water, just a short stroll away. This is all the fun parts of camping with none of the drawbacks!

Attention Unit 2 Hunters

Do you enjoy nature and a night under the stars but don’t like to totally rough it. Our camp is designed for you. A New Mexico camping experience just minutes up the road from Navajo Lake Marina, where remote camping meets simplicity. We offer a base camp with some of the comforts of home wrapped in a tent or tiny cabin. We set you up so you just have to show up.

Grassy Camp Site 2

Come camp on the grassy lawn of our riverside bank. Enjoy river frolicking during the day and stargazing at night. Camp amenities include an outdoor hot shower, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and cold tap sink, screened in gazebo with a propane fireplace, a clean outhouse, yoga/meditation yurt, water/electric posts and wifi throughout the property.
