Our house has a detached new unit at the backyard with a separate entrance. My brother and I are both professional workers, and mostly spend afternoons around the house. This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

The studio is furnished with a comfortable full size day bed, a twin pull out, flat screen tv with Roku, a kitchenette with a toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, full size refrigerator & coffee station. The bathroom has a tub and shower, & is stocked with all kinds of hair care products. Large walk-in closet.

This in-law suite is built for a private stay. Self check-in and parking available on the street or in driveway upon request. Restoration hardware themed with a Murphy bed for plenty of room to sleep or lounge with a loveseat and ottoman. Relax and enjoy a 40inch tv or work with a floating desk provided. Additionally the suite has a mini fridge and microwave available. Rain shower and cascade tiles accent the bathroom. Built in closet provides storage for your traveling goods.
