While the hot tub itself is only available to you, the patio has a shared privacy wall with the neighbouring unit (there is a second fully private patio).

For the extra hot days the water is refreshing and weed free. The cottage has two A/C units to keep you cool on the hottest days. The floating island is great for the kids to swim to and have hours of fun splashing in the water or great for tanning. Lots of water toys to play with and be entertained and explore. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

A short stroll to the best Cobourg has to offer (Victoria Park & Beach, West Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants). Driveway parking on site for 1 car.
