Tucked away on the grounds of Percy Wood Golf & Country Retreat, this cosy 2 bedroom lodge with 2 bathrooms, at no6 TheFairways, offers a peaceful escape with woodland surroundings and easy access to Cragside House in Rothbury National Trust, a great day out & stunning scenery. With space for four guests, a private patio, and a warming coal fireplace, it's a comfortable base for families or friends exploring Northumberland's natural beauty. Visit, beautiful castles, Alnwick & Bamburgh & gave a stroll on the stunning beach. Bedrooms: The first bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends sharing. The second bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, offering a private retreat at the end of the day. Bathrooms: Both bedrooms have their own ensuite facilities. The main ensuite includes a bath, sink & toilet facilities. The family bathroom has a walk in-shower, toilet & sink. Lovely and comfy 3 bedroom lodge - Free Golf!

Our lodge is in a beautiful cul-de-sac of 15 lodges, with a pond and loads of wildlife, ducks, deer. Sit out in our dark sky area and star gaze. Lodge has all mod cons, firestick with all channels, central heating, Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. 2 further twin bedrooms, both with Smart TV's to keep family happy. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and all cutlery. Neat dining area to sit and enjoy a family meal. Well behaved pets are welcome. Free Golf on site.

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.
