Modern studio close to sea in Snarøya

Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Own terrace outside the kitchen with lake views & access to garden & lake. Loft living room with lake views and covered balcony, along with two large loft bedrooms. Activities: Swimming, great walking area, boating & fishing on the lake. 30 min to Kristiansand & Mandal 15 min to best salmon river in South Norway. Can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

Gjestesuite i villaområde - 20 min til/fra sentrum

Moderne gjestesuite i separat del av enebolig bygget i 2022. . Sentral beliggenhet med busstopp 100 meter fra huset som tar deg til Oslo sentrum. Gjestesuiten er 28 kvm og leies ut til 1-2 personer. Gjestesuiten består av soverom/oppholdsrom, stort bad og eget kjøkken. Den er utstyrt med 150 cm dobbeltseng. Inkludert i leien er også TV med chromecast, håndklær, sengetøy og WiFi. Det er 100 meter til busstopp som i løpet av 20 min tar deg til Oslo sentrum. Bussen går hvert 15 min.

Koselig kjellerleilighet med fin utsikt (uten TV)

I et vakkert gammelt trehus på en ås, med utsikt delvis mot Oslofjorden, kan du leie en enkel og koselig innredet kjellerleilighet (ca. 50 m2) med egen inngang. Dette er i et fredelig villaområde, i gangavstand til buss som tar deg til Oslo Sentrum på cirka 30 minutter. Utleier bor i samme hus og deler parkering og hage. Huset er lytt, så dette stedet egner seg ikke til fest og bråk, men passer for rolige røykfrie mennesker. Et fint utgangspunkt for å utforske Oslo og omegn!

Lanes gård

Rolig og idyllisk småbruk med geiter og høns. Fint turterreng nært gården, og enkelt utgangspunkt for å utforske Senja. Mulig å leie naust med grillplass. Rådyr, harer, rev og hjort kommer ofte forbi. Yrende fulgleliv. Tranene har landingsplass her på vei inn til sine hekkeområder. Middelalder «prestvegen» går forbi eiendommen og kan følges gjennom skogen til Sandane som er badestranden med stor B. Sol fra midt på dagen.

Cosy rorbu with private parking, walking distance to city center, Kristiansund Stadium, Braatthallen, water park, ice rink Arena Nordvest, sports hall, shops, restaurants and much more. The kitchen has stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a washing machine, RiksTV, WiFi, coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt, dishwasher-soap and brush, sponge and towel and a small box of soap for washing machine.

Homborsund ved sjøen, nær Dyreparken

Liten leilighet over dobbelgarasje leies ut i idylliske Homborsund Nær sjøen og ca 25 minutter til Dyreparken. Leiligheten har eget bad med dusj og enkle kjøkkenfasiliteter (kjøleskap og to kokeplater.) Dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenger på hjul, som kan skyves under dobbeltsengen. I tillegg to sovebrisker. Platting med grill og stort uteområde. Tar i utgangspunktet opptil 2 voksne og 2 barn.
