Ligne 7bis en face, ligne 2, 5 et 7 à 200m desservant en 20/25min les champs Élysée, le Louvres, le centre de Paris. Ce studio refait à neuf avec soin, tout équipé, propre, très lumineux (sud) et très calme se situe dans une rue très commerçante. La décoration est susceptible de changer

The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)

Bienvenue dans notre appartement au sein d'une résidence moderne, au coeur du 5ème arrondissement (avec possibilité d'un parking). Vous y trouverez un agréable salon avec cuisine américaine équipée ainsi qu'une chambre double spacieuse. L’appartement est muni d'un balcon donnant sur Jussieu. Très bien desservi par les transports avec les ligne de métro 7 et 10 et de nombreux bus, vous êtes à 10 min à pieds de l'Eglise Notre Dame, du Jardin des Plantes et 2 min de l'Institut du monde arabe.

Studio de 20m2 au calme. Situé aux portes de Paris. Proche du stade de France et du marché aux Puces. Une pièce de vie avec cuisine aménagée. Une chambre/coin nuit avec armoire de rangement. Salle de bain avec toilettes (sanibroyeur). Il s'agit d'un petit espace que nous avons essayé de rendre agréable à un prix accessible. N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.

in my own apartment you will be in the place to live as french people… you have near by all what is necessary for eating, there or outside, museums, music concert, theaters, pictures (version originale) opera Garnier, Bastille . and shopping, restos, pâtisseries and so on ! 3ème person can be received (adult or child de + 12 ans), an extra bed in the living : 45€/night. If you are 2 but wanting extra bed for sleeping separatly, ask it for 30€ for the entire stay.
