Casa di 100 metri quadrati in prima fila sullo stagno di Notteri e sulla splendida spiaggia di Porto Giunco (600m). Piscina privata e vista mare. Soggiorno con cucina attrezzata, una stanza matrimoniale, una seconda stanza da letto con tre posti letto ed altre due stanze con accesso separato (e bagno en-suite). Aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, TV,wifi,lavastoviglie, lavatrice, mobili da giardino. Giardino e posteggio davanti casa. Prenotazione 5 giorni minimo (settimana minimo Luglio/Agosto).

Wi-Fi, TV satellitare, aria condizionata, lavatrice e domotica. Terrazza e voce del mare per puro relax. Vista fantastica, dalla sottostante Porto Luna a Punta Molentis e Serpentara. Due passi per la spiaggia, due minuti per ristoranti e shopping. Posto auto libero. Animali domestici, fumo e feste non permessi.
