In addition to a well-kept outdoor area with a private swimming pool, covered barbecue terrace and outdoor dining area, you can expect a very spacious holiday villa that is equipped with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It is located in Novi Vinodolski, a charming seaside town.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.
