Relax in beautiful modern new apartment. Accomodation offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, big kitchen and living room, shared pool and barbecue where you can enjoy beautiful summer days. Close to the accomation there are a lot of restaurants with local cuisine. Novi Vinodolski is positioned along the sea coast. There are several public beaches, the closest one is Bribirska which is 150m (5min walking) away from the accomodation.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
