Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Our self contained Studio is the pearl of our property, with a comfortable double bed, sitting area, your own bathroom, and kitchenette. On your terrace you will find a BBQ for your own convenience. We live in a quiet neighbourhood nestled at the foothills of Cambewarra Mountain and ideally located between the picturesque villages of Berry & Kangaroo Valley.

If you are looking for a quiet country setting to relax amongst the bush then this is the place for you... come and enjoy the kangaroos and native wildlife, explore the beautiful landscape and take in the scenic views of the Shoalhaven River. Check out one of the most popular abseiling sites at Thompson's Point, only a walk away or take a short drive to Jervis Bay and swim at some of the whitest beaches in Australia. The accomodation is your own private space away from home.

Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

We would like to welcome you to Oksana's Studio which is a newly renovated space with modern furnishings and fixtures. It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

the perfect couples Retreat ! 1 bedroom Studio apartment with a beachy theme. Studio is in our back yard - with own seperate entrance. We share the backyard but we are careful to ensure that you have privacy. We are in Minerva Avenue, check map for location. We are a short drive from all beaches in the Huskisson & Vincentia area. We are "up the hill" Closest beaches are Nelson, Blenheim and Greenfields Beaches - a 2 minute drive.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
