The Stone House - Μεζονέτα Δύο Υπνοδωματίων

Μια άνετη πετρόχτιστη μεζονέτα 98 sq.m. σε συγκρότημα τεσσάρων συνολικά κατοικιών ενός αρχοντικού του 19 αιώνα, παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις για να απολαύσετε μια μοναδικά αξέχαστη διαμονή. Χτισμένη ανάμεσα στους αιωνόβιους ελαιώνες σε μια καταπράσινη γειτονιά του χωρίου Κακοδίκι σε υψόμετρο 560m παρέχει μαγευτική θεά στα βουνά της επαρχίας Σελίνου. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Take it easy at this 2 storey newly built and tranquil villa. The villa is located in the quiet village of skonizo with a breathtaking Mountain View and a private pool. The yard also offers a BBQ and a wood-fired, oven where you can enjoy your meals in the gorgeous outdoor dinning area. The house offers a very friendly atmosphere and surrounded by green plants and flowers. The villa got its name from the owner's nearby apiary. It will be our pleasure for our guests to try our local honey.
