The Stables

The original stable to historic 160 year old Telegraph House has been renovated to a self contained one bedroom guesthouse with new en-suite , living area and well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cooktop and coffee machine. The living area has a wood burner fireplace, table and chairs, sofa, television, internet (NBN) and French doors opening onto verandah. The property has a secure yard and stall for a horse - $20 per night - and plenty of secure off street parking for a rig.

We are approximately an 7 1/2 hour drive from Brisbane and 4 1/2 hours from Sydney and we are located 2 minutes off the New England Highway. It is a fully self contained, air conditioned cottage with a large bedroom, separate bathroom, lounge & fully equipped kitchen, situated in a quiet rural environment. There is a local pub which serves evening meals Tuesday to Sunday and great cafes nearby in Quirindi and Willow Ttree.

Kumbogie Cabin

Kumbogie Cabin is an eco friendly (off grid solar and battery) private retreat situated on a working sheep farm. Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It is located at the base of the farm's surrounding hills it has stunning scenery, natural bushland and an abundance of Australian flora & fauna. It provides a secluded and quiet stay for families or small groups of 6 to get away from it all in comfort and luxury. Beautifully furnished with restored and vintage furniture and a carefully curated selection of artwork and treasures. For the winter months there is a cosy wood burning heater and an outdoor fire pit .
