Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, but still be 10-15 minutes from everything in town, close to the base, hospital, and shopping. 20 minutes to Curt Gowdy (hiking, fishing, boating, paddle boards, mountain biking) and Vedauwoo (hiking, views, rock climbing, bouldering, etc). We're just 5 minutes from both interstates. Private residence on our property with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. Gas fireplace, covered patio, private dog run, private parking.

A spacious 1 bedroom upstairs home with a large bathroom, tons of storage space, and comfy furnishings. Located just minutes from highway 34, this location can't be beat. It's tucked away in a quaint neighborhood so it's a quiet atmosphere and very safe. The rooms are spacious and have large windows to bring in lots of light. There are large TVs, plenty of space to relax, and great amenities to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Garage beneath is not accessible to guests at this time.

Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters. 1 hour drive to RMNP.

It's close to Fort Collins and Greeley (about a 20 minute drive) and offers lots of natural light and unique character. Enjoy your get away in Ault (A Unique Little Town)! In a recently remodeled historic carriage house on the back of our property, the Treehouse studio apartment is conveniently located a few blocks from Colorado State University. We are walking distance to campus shops, downtown FC, bike paths, parks and open space. You’ll love the open layout, abundance of natural light and feeling of comfy seclusion in a quiet neighborhood. Two friendly dogs and a few silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.

Blue Barrel Farm 2 Bedroom Loft Apt

Lovely 2 bedroom loft apartment located on a working farm 10 minutes from Old Town Fort Collins, Breweries, Dining, It is about 7 miles to Old Town Fort Collins and CSU. Peaceful setting with Wonderful views. The loft is a independent living space located over our garage and has it's own outside entrance by staircase to a deck off the apartment. This is a non smoking facility and no smoking of any kind is permitted in the loft or on the premises.
