New basement suite of 480 sft just for you. A cozy home away from home. Easy check-in through shared garage door and private entrance into basement. It features a master bedroom with queen bed, private bath, extra room with 2 twin bunk beds and office desk. Living room has a sofa sleeper & bar kitchenette. We are in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails, close to shopping areas & I-25. Host lives upstair and is available to assist & would like to make your stay confortable & enjoyable.

Ensuite Escape in Old Town Fort Collins

This private ensuite offers a true escape. Perfect for vacationers or business travelers seeking reprieve from the day to day hustle and bustle. This brand new remodel is complete with luxury features including heated bathroom floors, plush towels, soft linens, a lush floor rug, and a shower pebble floor. Enter through a private entrance and kick your shoes off in the mud room. Enjoy the security of a locking bedroom door and a private sliding glass door into the back yard. Your retreat awaits!

Brand New Charming Guest House with lake access

Relax in a brand new, calm, and peaceful 1 bedroom separate guest suite with a private entrance. Queen size bed with blackout shades. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. Large bathroom with rain shower and heated floors through out the entire suite. Located on half an acre within walking distance to private lake baker. 10 minute drive to downtown Fort Collins and Colorado State University. Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Cozy Big Studio by Lake Loveland

Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters. 1 hour drive to RMNP.

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Welcome to your private 3rd story apartment inside my family's modern, Leed certified home. 10 minute walk to Old Town, New Belgium brewery, and the Poudre River Whitewater Park. Apt is accessed via a spiral staircase (see photo) and is NOT suited for travelers wary of heights, those with oversized luggage, or children. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchenette, living room, bedroom, patio overlooking Long's Peak, off street parking, and two Schwinn bikes! NO CLEANING FEE. No pets or smoking.

Tucked next to the foothills near the Cache La Poudre River. Walk to the river trail, grocery store, bakery, pizza joint, popular Swing Station, frisbee golf course, or the Tapestry House wedding venue- this is the place! Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. It is a quiet place located right outside of Fort Collins.
