Four Beautiful Tiny Cottages are the cottages in the Avocado Accommodations. These are vacation rental situated in the Northern part of Kathmandu city, which is approximately 7 kms from the international airport and same from the city center. These are 4 independent cottages within same premises. Each cottage is a one bedroom house with the total capacity of hosting four couples/ 8 guests. Extended in an area of 3000 square meter full of lush garden, the property is unique with natural vibes.

Avocado Accommodations offers 5 independent tiny cottages with five bedrooms plus one loft room with two single beds providing sleeping facilities for 12 guests in total. All the cottages are little different in size, design and facilities however, each and every cottage has the basic amenities. so either you come in a group of friends/family or a couple, our place is suitable for both. Please come and enjoy our place.

There are 3 independent cottages and each cottage consists of living space, bedroom, kitchen, dining and bathroom. one of the cottage has loft room with two single beds. This cottage is also suitable for a family with kids. Overall this property is good for 3 couples or a group.Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature.

We will also provide the food for the guest and we can also provide a guided tour of the surroundings area including Shivapuri National Park with added fee.
