Villa Kipseli is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.

The place is known for its amazing view, its peacefulness and its rich nature constituting an ideal place for beautiful walks. Next to the house there are many traditional restaurants! Nonetheless, for those that wants to cook inside, the house has a wide terrace with an amazing view to the lagoon, where people can enjoy eating.
