Minutes from downtown Nashville & BNA, the LilliePad is an entirely private efficiency studio on the ground floor of my home. Centrally located with easy access to all of Nashville's must-sees, it features a private entrance with foyer, queen sized bed, sleeper sofa with chaise, gas fireplace, large window for natural light, kitchenette, smart tv, Blu-Ray player, private bath with tub/shower, and designated parking place. Only 5.5 mi from Lower Broadway, 3.5 mi from BNA, 2.8 mi from Fairgrounds

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

A cozy hideaway in a quiet neighborhood, with a small patio, garden, and creek beyond. Only 20 minutes to downtown, 15 to Vanderbilt. Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. Covered parking at your door.

Breathe healthy in this hypoallergenic environment. Stay warm around a central stone fireplace and soak up the cultural significance of staying in a carefully restored domestic cottage listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub to relax a little more. This original tiny house has no separate bedrooms. Spa is near the main house-70 feet from the cottage. Swim wear required. It is private for the cottage guests only. We are 7 miles from downtown Nashville.
