Welcome to our charming Cape Cod on a very private hill surrounded by 2+ acres of wildlife, trees and serenity. Park in front by the welcome sign. Enjoy the front porch where your entrance is located. Then use the key code to gain entrance into your private and secure apartment. The stairs lead to a bright and clean four room suite. Consisting of a fully stocked kitchenette, full bath, king bed, XLG twin bed and rec room with a workstation, breakfast bar, and comfy seating. Separate heat/air.

Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette to make home cooked meals while on the road, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon.

Relax with family, friends, or enjoy a solo retreat at this peaceful place to stay in the country. Chestnut House was built in the early 1940s, with Wormy Chestnut wood everywhere! It is a unique home, with an apartment built over a garage / wood working shop.. then connected to the main house later. This space available to rent is separate and fully functional from the main house where we live. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area.. along with the large outdoors!

We are very conveniently located to everything in town including the bike trail, and great fishing at your fingertips.
