Bring the Dogs, Fenced Yard + Fiber WiFi

A fully fenced private backyard with room to run, which suits more than one dog or a larger breed. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and ALLO fiber internet. Private entrance, no shared indoor space, and keypad entry at any hour. Groceries, restaurants and the Stockton Hill shopping corridor are all a short drive. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. The other side of the duplex is also ours, so two households can book both halves.

Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

This unit has all hard surface flooring and is not pet friendly for those with sensitivities. The Colorado River is just steps away, as is our private beach for relaxing along the river. River Haven is very clean, comfortable and will provide a great space to explore the area or should you be working remotely.

Take a seat and enjoy the view at the picnic tables, maybe even whip something up on the grill, right outside your door. Our town right on Route 66 is ready and waiting for you!

Welcome to our brand new beach themed home that is located in the center of Kingman! With our central location right off of Interstate 40, you will be able to visit all of our local attractions. And even if you’re just passing through, our cute place will keep you feeling cozy and at home with all of our amenities. If you need a quick bite to eat, we are .3 miles away from In-N-Out Burger. And we are 3.5 miles away from local bars and restaurants downtown of downtown Kingman.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
