In Sonoma Wine Country, 12 minutes to downtown gourmet restaurants, and organic coffee houses. Take gorgeous backroads to Bodega Bay and Sonoma Coast. Nestle into the warm glow of a gas fireplace or watch for deer and wildlife from the deck or living room. This is a perfect retreat space for one or two people; it is not appropriate for parties.

If you are looking for a peaceful, nature filled retreat, with fast wifi, then look no further. Zen House is the perfect vacation getaway. Bright, and airy with windows throughout and a spectacular view of the redwoods. You are just under a ten minute car ride away from the beach. The property is on 3 acres with over 100 redwoods too large to put your arms around. The large decks, stone patio and pathways, hot tub, and grill add to the opportunity to forest bathe and enjoy the outdoor beauty.

The Perch

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Eagle's Nest Treehouse Farm Stay is a tranquil, secluded, luxurious, romantic wilderness experience in a private forest on a 400 acre working ranch. Thirty feet above the forest floor you are nestled in a gorgeous, well-appointed suite of 1,000 year old polished redwood, with bathroom and amazing copper/glass forest-view shower. Deer Ranch is a remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sitting on four acres of private land, with outdoor decks, hot tub, and plunge pool. This contemporary Frank Lloyd Wright-styled-like home sits on top of a hill with meadows below and towering redwoods that add to a peaceful seclusion getaway, and still only minutes from the hamlet of Occidental (1.3 miles). The pool is open during the summer months only (late May-end of September). The hot tub is on all year-round.

House has a full bathroom, bedroom downstairs with a Cal King bed and one upstairs with two twin beds. 5 acres in the redwoods, trampoline, fire pit area, high-speed Internet.

Our name says it all — we encourage play, not work. This is a great space to decompress, get out and do the things you love. We are 6-8 miles of the Russian River and 11 miles from Bodega Bay with many hiking trails and biking roads in between.
